We attract all tenants with our continuous marketing methods achieved through the following:

- Bright backlit window displays are found at our high street locations, displaying all our properties.
- A bespoke website that is fully responsive from a mobile, which therefore can be accessed anytime and anywhere.

Our eye catching "to let" boards remain a key part of our marketing package. These are erected directly at your property providing continuous 24 hour advertising.
We also proactively maintain a large database of tenants who are looking to move into properties immediately.
Landlords Fees

Service includes marketing the property, carrying out accompanied viewings, arranging for the inventory to be carried out, carrying out the relevant checks on the potential tenant including credit checks and referencing and finalising the tenancy agreement.

Full Management Service - 15% inclusive of VAT
Carrying out continuous routine inspections of the property per annum and providing inspection reports. Advising all relevant utility providers, whilst holding the keys throughout the duration of the tenancy.

Deposit Protection - Deposit Protection
As an additional service for we can protect the deposit on behalf of landlords, for peace of mind.

Rent Collection -12% inclusive of VAT
This relates to the collection of rent on a monthly basis, with direct payments being made to the landlords account.

Check Out Fee - £150 inclusive of VAT
The check-out fee will include the unprotecting of the deposit where applicable and return it to the landlord.
